This Privacy Policy explains how antarchy.fun ("antarchy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play the game, watch the live spectator view, or otherwise use the site. By using antarchy.fun you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information you give us when you register: a public handle, your email address, an optional phone number, and a password (stored only as a salted hash — never in plaintext).
• Gameplay data created as you play: the map location where you place your queen, the territory your colony paints, levels, scores, in-game currency balances (nectar and gems), and similar progress.
• Technical data automatically received when you connect: IP address, browser and device characteristics, and approximate connection metadata, used for security, abuse prevention, and operating the service.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential cookies — a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you logged in. The game does not work without it.
• Advertising cookies — we show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Third parties

• Google AdSense — advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosts the map/territory image tiles served to your browser.
• OpenStreetMap — base map tile imagery used in-game.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

To run and secure the game, maintain your account and progress, prevent cheating and abuse, communicate with you about your account (e.g. email/phone verification and password resets), display advertising, and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, contact us at the address below. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly use it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad cookies described above (which you can opt out of via Google Ads Settings).

Children

antarchy.fun is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & security

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the game, then delete or anonymize it. Passwords are hashed (Argon2id), sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the third-party providers listed above.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
